Payment Policies
Confirmation
All rates are in US Dollars ($) (USD), all taxes are included in the rates. An email confirming the reservation will be sent.
Security Deposit
50% of reservation deposit due 60 days prior to Arrival Date or in cash upon arrival.
If balance is paid on Arrival Date, it must be paid in cash (no worn or torn bills will be accepted).
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less a 20% handling charge.
If cancellation is made 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Date Change
There is no charge for changing dates, if the dates are available.
All forfeited rental fees may be applied toward future rentals up to 1 year from original Arrival Date, as long as dates are available.

- Maid service available for weekly rentals on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
