OVERVIEW
A beautiful Isla Mujeres Rentals Vacation awaits in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, just 13 km northeast of Cancun. Casa De Las Palmas is tucked away from the hustle and noise of Downtown – just a 10 to 15 minute golf cart ride into town. The private estate consists of a Main Villa with 4 ensuites coupled with 2 Casitas – each with 2 ensuites, located at the opposite end of the property. The 2 casitas share the same structure and have similar furnishings. From the Main Villa Courtyard Entrance to the Chic Interior, Pergola, Outdoor Covered BBQ and 1/2 Bath, all out by the Salt Water Infinity Pool, Casa De Las Palmas is bathed in exquisite evening reflections.
DINING
Choices for on-site dining include seating for 12 at the Large Dining Table inside the Main Villa, plus seating for 4 more at the Granite Bar so that ALL 16 guests can eat together in the Main Villa. There are numerous options for outside dining such as the Outdoor Covered Patio or under the Pergola.
ENTERTAINMENT
The Main Villa has 2 TV’s and each Casita has a Satellite TV with local Cablemas where you can watch some U.S. stations. Local internet service is also available throughout the property, as well as a cell phone. The bar and sitting areas are wonderful areas for guests to relax and play board games or cards.
LIVING ROOM
The Main Villa Living Room has full glass sliding doors that open to a Covered Patio overlooking the Pool and Gardens. The Casita A & B Living Rooms open out to a Balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea – directly across the street from the property. Casitas A & B also have LARGE covered patios facing the pool with outdoor dining tables/chairs and hammocks.
GUEST SUITES
This elegant home has 4 large master suites in the Main Villa, plus 2 master suites in each casita.

The guest suites in both the Main Villa and both Casitas are located on the 2nd level. They feature ensuite bathrooms with tiled and ceramic fixtures. All suites have in-bedroom safes and large individual sliding door closets. The Caribbean is visible from all the rooms – 4 rooms face the Caribbean directly and 4 suites have views from side windows only.
KITCHEN
The Main Villa Gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both Casita A and Casita B have fully equipped kitchens.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy swimming in a spacious salt water infinity edge pool overlooking the Caribbean. Sunbathe in any of the chaise lounges or catch some shade under the Pergola or the Pavilion. The beautifully manicured and expansive Outdoor Living Area will provide hours of entertainment, spectacular views, privacy, and relaxation.
VIEWS
Our home has beautiful blue Caribbean ocean/beach views. The waves crashing on the shore are visible from all the master suites as well as the living area and pool area. The home is just across the street from the beach with easy access to stroll along the shore, pick up shells, or watch the dolphins/turtles laying their eggs or whale sharks (when in season).
