There were 14 in our group. The property was great. The location was very convenient. The staff was excellent and prompt. The property manager (Monica) was great. She even recommended a local chef for dining at the house.

His name is Josafat Baez. It was the best meal that we had on

the island, and that is saying a lot given that all of the food was great. Transportation to and from the airport to the house was very easy and relatively inexpensive. We loved the property and will likely make another reservation in the future.

We had 13 women staying and we rented the villa and both Casitas, everything was absolutely wonderful!!!! Anything and everything was taken care of immediately, wonderful rental management, owner, staff to maintain the house, pool, garden. All three homes are equipped with everything you could think of. Our golf carts were through Carma Adventures, and anytime we had issues they were there within 5 minutes!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa de Las Palmas. We were five adults and two children and we stayed in the main house. We had more than enough space and really loved the whole layout of the property. The pool was amazing. We spent many afternoons floating and playing with the kids. One corner was even shaded in the afternoon, which was perfect for us.

Inside the house was also great. It was stocked beyond expectations, had two refrigerators, lots of seating areas, and very comfortable beds. The two main bedrooms open to a large balcony, which was a great spot enjoy an early coffee of late drink. With our golf carts, we didn’t feel far from anything. There’s a good-sized grocery store nearby, and there are several good restaurants in the area. We loved Bastos and Mango Cafe. Also, we went into the Central area to watch the sunset most nights, which, despite being on the opposite end of the island, was something we really looked forward to. Overall, we all loved our stay and hope to return in the future. Thomas B

We rented this property for our wedding party and a few other guests in June 2016 and the experience was amazing. We had 13 people stay at the property very comfortably. The pool area is fantastic and no one felt crowded. The main villa and casitas are well maintained. The owners and property managers made sure that we were well taken care of and made the reservation process very simple. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation. Especially if you have a large group of people that want to stay together.

My husband and I stayed at Casa de Las Palmas for a week in January with 9 of our friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. The house was straight out of a dream, just beautiful! Sandra was very easy to work with and although we had a couple issues arise, they were quickly dealt with. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house and grounds are even better than the pictures! The property is so comfortable that many days we never left!! We had 4 generations from all over the US come to Isla – the property was perfect for our group that ranged in age from 9 to 85! Thank you to Candy for her cleaning help and to Sandra for making sure we were taken care of and making booking very easy. Stayed at Casa de las Palmas from July 4-11, 2015 and had a wonderful stay. Our group was 12 adults (6 couples) so we occupied the main house and Casita A. Sandra was wonderful to deal with before and during our stay. She answered all my questions and made herself available by phone any time I wanted to talk and not just about the property, but the island, where to go, what to do, converting currency, renting golf carts, you name it. The place is exactly what you see – beautiful and well maintained. This was our first time to Isla Mujeres and we feel we made an excellent choice and would rent the place again without hesitation. The main house and casita were well furnished with very comfortable beds with lots of cooking utensils, spices around the house to use, plenty of freezer/refrigerator space, etc. If you are looking for a really nice, well kept, well furnished place to stay on the island, look no further. Sandra will go out of her way to ensure your stay is enjoyable!

We had a group of 15 people from 3 different families and we could not have asked for a better property to accommodate us! Our group has been to Isla Mujeres before and while we have always had great accommodations, this rental tops them all! Each family was able to have their own space since we rented the Villa and both Casitas. The buildings were spacious, comfortable and well stocked with whatever you needed to make your own meals. Our group even encountered a rainy day but with the size of the Villa we were all able to be inside together without feeling cramped. There were even games to keep our kids occupied and off of their electronics. The pool area was great! Even with all of the kids we had along, there was plenty of room for everyone both in the pool and around. You were able to sit in the sun or in the shade with plenty of chairs for everyone. The kids also enjoyed being able to go across the street and look for shells on the beach. The property is well maintained both inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to not have any shortage of bathrooms. One of the things I miss most is the view of the Caribbean…it is stunning from the master bedrooms! I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be renting there again! MN traveler

I am so sorry to have taken so long to send you a note on our stay at your absolutely lovely home. Our stay from November 1 through November 10th 2012 was just about the most fun we’ve had on Isla (our 4th trip). If the Island it self were not so beautiful, we could have simply stayed at your home and been more than happy….beach access, shell hunting, sunrise. The house itself was magnificent, such grandeur inside and out! The grounds were impeccable, we saw a large turtle going up the walkway to the house, only one scorpion (baby) and one little tiny garden snake….nothing that would cause any concern, just what is expected in such beautiful lush tropical surroundings. The pool was refreshing, very large, clean and just plain FUN for the entire family (age range 9 months to 53 years…) My grandson did the banana tree “check” twice a day to see if any were ready and ripe to eat…not on this trip. The coconut trees were pretty full and the gardener opened several for our group. The outdoor terrace furniture had been replaced during our stay and it was beautiful. We did flip cushions for “Negro”, as this is where he likes to meet and greet your guests, which I must say is very unusual, as if he knew who we were and knew we belonged. If we had a delivery….he knew and let us know a “stranger” was on property, great dog!!! The inside of the house was showcase beautiful, but also allowed for comfort and privacy for larger groups. The kitchen had all the amenities of home and then some, we did do lots of cooking due to having 3 children under the age of 4 and rather fixed taste buds at this age. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable, beds were very comfortable not your standard run of the mill mattress. The one absolute frivolous bonus was the washer/dryer, which means LESS luggage on the plane and saved on check in luggage fees…(have to find ways to save). I can not think of one thing that your house did not offer that we needed, lots of spices, kitchen gadgets, clean fresh linens and towels, bath products, candles (replaced as used…just the right thing to do), oh yea and hammocks in all the right places, also the telescope was great, however with the 3 young children we did put that in the closed off pantry after use. Your attention to detail was impressive, we can not thank you enough for sharing your lovely home with us Isla “wanna be” homeowners. We would recommend your house 100% to our friends, family and anyone who’s interest was peaked Danny

This property is stunning and even better than described! It is very well maintained and the owners, Karl and Sandra, are such a pleasure to get to know if you are lucky enough to be there while they are. We loved the location toward the south end of the island. It is so easy to get wherever you want to go on the golf carts available to rent at numerous places on the island. The grounds at this property are so serene, the perfect blend of grass, plants, trees, and pool – you won’t want to leave! But you have to leave, because the island and all it offers beckons. Make a day trip to Playa Norte, shop and dine on Hidalgo Ave, visit Garrafon and snorkel, dine at Punta Sur, and make a brief visit at the turtle farm (your donation will help keep it going). We stayed in Casita A. It was appointed very well, and the kitchen has everything you need should you choose to cook some meals and enjoy drinks or snacks there. Everything worked perfectly, except the microwave, which the owners promptly replaced! It was unbelievable the attention to detail these people have, making for the best stay you can imagine. We loved the front deck in the morning and the rear patio in the afternoon. One is tempted to give a poor review to keep this wonderful property a secret! Wendie V.

the description of this property is a-1, it is well maintained, clean and beautiful. the owners are easy going and prompt in all regards of the transactions. i would highly recommend this property. this property is the true experience of a calm relaxing serene beautiful vacation. there is much to do in town or playa norte and only minutes away by taxi or golf cart. but with a yard such as the one here its hard to leave and go anywhere else. diane b.

We had a wonderful vacation. We loved our townhouse, which overlooked the Caribbean. It was in a great location, with a wonderful manager, and a very caring couple who were in charge of the pool, and garden. They all made us feel welcomed. I miss it already, and hope to return. Wheeze
